The DDI Foundation was created to raise funds to support the mission of service of Developmental Disabilities Institute. These funds are raised through a variety of initiatives including Special Events, Major Donor Gift Opportunities, the Capital Campaign, grants from corporations, foundations and certain governmental agencies, as well as donations from individual supporters.
The funds that are raised by the DDI Foundation are used for capital building and equipment projects, as well as general operating support for the wide array of programs DDI provides to over 1,500 children and adults with Autism and other developmental disabilities we serve each year.
More and more, these contributions help maintain the high quality services we provide to people with disabilities from across Long Island and the greater metropolitan area.
