Come to the Long Island Advocacy Network for the Developmentally Disabled (LIANDD) Legislative Brunch 

Let's pack the multipurpose room of OPWDD with advocates and supporters of advocacy. We need to show the Legislators the people that will be affected if they decide to cut the budget that serves people with developmental disabilities. We are pleased to announce, our 3rd Annual Legislative Brunch will be on:

February 7th, 2020

Friday - 11:00 A.M.

    415A Oser Ave., Hauppauge, N.Y.

Our membership; Parents, family, & friends of Individuals with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities, transitioning out or aged out of school; seek dialogue with our Elected Representatives, and the governmental agencies, at all levels of government, charged with the responsibility to serve our constituency.

 L.I.A.N.D.D. is dedicated to helping individuals with I/DD and their families as they transition from childhood to adulthood and has been in existence since 1982.

This meeting is to fulfill our goal of increasing and maintaining government focus on the issues of the day affecting the quality of life of our loved ones.

We look forward to discussing topics of mutual interest and concern.

Working together, we hope to meet the needs of the transitioning/aged-out population in the twenty-first century.
