Elizabeth is a fierce advocate for the people she serves and goes to great lengths to ensure that they receive the best possible care. She developed new systems for medical records and has built strong relationships with outside providers, so much so that they ask for her by name.
Elizabeth has organized vacations for the residents and is working with one of them to learn how to self-medicate so he can go on a cruise with a staff member. She takes great care in researching challenges faced by residents to help come up with alternative methods of care. Elizabeth is laser-focused on creating a person-centered culture for the people she supports and demonstrates this focus with every step she takes.
