Dietrich began her career at DDI in July of 1996. She started in a direct care role, and over time, she excelled in her career to become the Babylon Individual Residential Alternative (IRA) Manager.
She has grown both personally and professionally during her faithful tenure at DDI and quietly goes about performing her responsibilities with a high level of quality, including the provision of managerial oversight to other residences when necessary.
Recently, Dietrich went back to school to pursue a degree in nursing. In 2017, she successfully completed her education and became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and began sharing her new talents within not only her own residence but also with fellow nurses in their time of need.
She shows the utmost dedication by always being ready, willing, and able to face challenges – always with a smile and positive, professional attitude. Dietrich’s faithful years of service to DDI and her commitment to the individuals we support is second to none.
Watching her support the individuals in her care over the years has been motivating and inspiring.
She has been a key person in maintaining a warm and loving atmosphere in the Babylon residence and should be a model of what teamwork is based on – compassion, caring, and always willing to help.
