Corporate Compliance

Developmental Disabilities Institute (DDI) is committed to providing the highest standards of quality and ethics in delivering services to the individuals and families that we serve.  As part of our ongoing commitment, we have established a Corporate Compliance Program and Standards of Conduct.

The Corporate Compliance Program and Standards of Conduct promote adherence to laws, regulations and our Agency’s internal policies.  They are also designed to prevent fraud, waste and abuse in the delivery of our services.

Adam Gordon, DDI’s Senior Director of Corporate Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, is the Agency’s Compliance Officer who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Compliance Program. He can be reached at (631) 366-2921 or [email protected].

If you would like to report a compliance-related matter, you can contact Adam or you can report your concern by calling DDI’s Confidential Compliance Hotline at (631) 366-2933.

Employees can also report their compliance concerns by using the Agency’s employee portal. Whether you report your compliance concern using the hotline or the employee portal, all reports are kept confidential, and you may remain anonymous.
