DDI uses data to more effectively inform our decision-making and improve how we measure our progress as an organization and with each individual we serve; how we recruit, retain, develop and continue to show our appreciation to the people who constitute our workforce, the backbone of our organization; how we commit to actions to become more diverse, equitable and inclusive; and how we more effectively coordinate the advocacy needed with legislators and policymakers to bring about positive reform.
